Surprise Snow Day

Va. Beach got a dusting of snow today. Ironically Va. Beach closed schools a few weeks ago due to the "threat" of snow, but today - the make up day, it actually snowed and school was still in session. I can't understand this place!

Kitchen Remodel Continues

We have gotten the floors done now! We are very happy with them and we got a good deal. They are hand scraped oak hardwood. We love them! They are in the entry way, dining room, kitchen, downstairs bathroom and laundry room. We also painted a wall of the living room.

Fashion Show

Chris' father passed away on Wednesday, January 28th due to complications of cancer. He was such an amazing man, wonderful example, always made you smile and just the most genuine person you could ever meet. We will miss him greatly.
