A year ago today we lost Chris' dad. We treasure our memories everyday and remember all the wonderful things he taught us, how his smile lit up the room and the difference he made on this earth. We love you & miss you dad!
Today Hannah remembers Starbuck's frapps with Grandpa - especially on the way to Trader Joe's; Grandpa's crackers & cheese at the counter after work; pizza at ynot; the way he always greeted her at the door with a big smile; and how much he loved her. I miss you Grandpa - Hannah

Hit the ground running
So on December 13th Hannah got her first stitches. Hopefully her last! She literally hit the ground running! She was running with stockings on in the kitchen and slipped and hit the hardwood floor. We called ahead of course to daddy's work and headed to the ER. A nurse gave Hannah a teddy bear to help her be brave. She named the bear Heather after the doctor who gave her 7 stitches! Here's to my brave girl!

Sledding at the beach
We don't get a lot of snow around these parts. Our kids have resorted to snow sledding!
